Refund Policy

All bookins are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, your booking may be transferred to another day/time provided you give us at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled session.

In exceptional circumstances, we may, at our discretion, agree to issue a refund.  Any approved refund will be subject to a £10 administration fee, which will be deducted from the amount refunded.
